Rashisa Infra& developers Pvt. Ltd. is committed to provide safe working environment protection against safety and health risk to all working team members.

The safety measures are achieved by minimizing and controlling the hazards through adoption of proper management of risk control.

Company believes that no job or no task is more important than workers health and safety. If a job represents potential safety or health threat, every effort will be made to plan a safe way to do the task and ensure every procedure must be a safe procedure while execute the job.

Objectives: Our futures are only built through our people and thus we aim to protect them. The safety policy shall be dealt with the following

• Maintaining high standards of safety, health & environment at all work places beside against to statutory requirements.

• To provide all employees safe and healthy environmental work place.

• To provide all necessary safeguards to employees against accidents.

• To fulfil legal, social, moral responsibilities for safety, health and environment

• To comply with statutory provisions and other environmental laws.

• The up-keep and maintenance of tools / machineries / vehicles / safety appliances in perfect  working condition.

• Ensure all employees are educatory trained for safety awareness.

To ensure above principle our safety policy upholds the following:

a) To install safety awareness and competence of all staff training activities are provided at all levels of organization.

b) All potential safety hazards will be analyzed and preventive measures will be taken.

c) Any accident will immediately and thoroughly be investigated and analyzed to determine the causes and remedial action will be taken to prevent any further reoccurrences and incorporated in safety procedures.

d) As per the government safety measures , First Aid Kit is always available at work places.

e) To Provide helmet with White colour for supervisors, foremen and engineers. Brown for welders and those working with high heat. Green for safety inspectors and occasionally new workers. Yellow for earth movers and general workers. Blue for carpenters, technical workers and temp workers.
